We currently have all our file storage on site and we do tape back ups everyday so we have offline safe backups ready. You could also choose to empty the deleted items.

So I have a simple question I wanted some feedback on.

Obviously that creates a lot of problems for receiving legitimate emails since every one is flagged as spam. Alternatively, every time an email is deleted, it is marked as spam. Locate and Right-click on the deleted emails which you want to recover and click the Move option. Every time an email is deleted in Outlook, the message is moved to the spam folder in Gmail. Run Outlook program and open Deleted Items folder. Start Outlook and select the folder from where you deleted Outlook email. Last night (after reading this thread and thinking about this some more) I moved to the IMAP option. Open the mailbox and click Deleted Items. In my case it’s the same URL as the Exchange webmail interface.ĭuring this time of mysteriously disappearing emails I have been using the “Exchange” option in the iPhone. However, I believe the “Exchange” option is the exact same as thing as the IMAP option, because they both need require the same IMAP URL for the Exchange server. One is standard IMAP, and the other is labeled “Exchange” in the iPhone (you can see this in the iphone at Settings-Email-AddNewAccount-Other). 
One thing I noticed is that the iPhone has two connection options that you can use to connect to the Exchange server.
